Every WorkBOS product update, security fix and improvement — versioned, signed and shipped continuously.
Morning brief speaks your language. Set your language once in Settings — your daily brief (and progressively all notifications) arrives translated, right down to overdue counts and amounts.
One translation store everywhere. Web, app and server now share a single dictionary of 88,000+ translations across 9 languages plus English — anything learned once is reused everywhere, at zero extra cost.
The morning brief now arrives in each person's chosen language, powered by a unified server-side translation store covering all 10 languages.
Rename any workspace in one click. Providers can rename client workspaces (and owners their own) straight from the console row menu — the tenant-facing brand name updates everywhere immediately.
Smarter search, staged. Every workspace record is indexed for semantic recall; Chief automatically upgrades from keyword to meaning-based retrieval as capacity allows.
One-click workspace rename for providers and owners. Semantic search groundwork fully staged. Reports confirmed generally available.
Live status page. workbos.com/status runs real health checks from your browser against production every 60 seconds — application, API, database, sign-in and AI services — plus the release history, because trust is checkable.
Give every agent a voice. Pick Professional, Friendly, Concise, Formal or Casual per agent — every summary and draft it proposes follows that tone.
AI cost guardrails. All AI spending is now metered, capped by hard daily budgets, and visible — translation learning included.
Public status page with live health checks. Per-agent voice & tone profiles. AI spending now has hard daily budgets and full visibility after this morning's provider quota incident.
Translations learned once, shared with everyone. New strings translated on demand are now stored centrally — every user in that language benefits immediately, on every device.
AI stays up. Chief and the translation engine now fail over between AI providers automatically. If one provider has an outage, WorkBOS keeps answering.
Shared translation cache: any UI string learned for one user is instantly available to every user in that language. LLM provider failover: Chief and the self-filling translator automatically switch providers if one fails, so AI features stay up.
Graduated autonomy. Agents now earn hands-free execution from YOUR decisions: 10 clean approvals on an action type make it Trusted, 25 make it Hands-free — if you allow it. One rejection instantly returns it to Supervised.
Hard safety lines. Money, deletions, external sends, permissions and payroll can never run unattended — enforced in the database, not the UI. Everything hands-free stays low-risk, reversible, rate-capped and preflight-checked.
Graduated autonomy (rolling out): per-action-type trust earned from approval history, owner-set ceiling and master switch, instant demotion on any rejection or rollback, server-enforced exclusions.
Complete interface translation. Nearly 10,000 interface strings now ship pre-translated in all 10 languages — every page, tab, table, button and notification pattern.
Self-completing coverage. Anything new translates itself automatically the first time it appears, then is instant for everyone.
9,869 pre-translated strings per language + variable-safe notification patterns + self-filling net. Language switching applies instantly with no reload.
App language setting. Settings has an App language picker: 10 languages, full right-to-left layout for العربية and اردو, saved to your account across devices.
One preference everywhere. The same choice powers the website and the app.
Per-user app language with RTL support, synced site+app.
Centralized language system. Pick your language once — it now applies across the homepage, every marketing page and the legal center, and the app will read the same preference as in-app translation rolls out.
Contact & links updated. All contact emails now use @workbos.com and every remaining legacy address has been replaced. Legal documents display in English with a translated notice — the industry standard: the English version governs.
Central i18n store (one preference, every surface), language switcher on all marketing chrome, translated legal navigation with an English-governs notice, and the final legacy-name sweep: contact emails to @workbos.com, connector URLs to the canonical domain.
New homepage. A clean, light redesign led by the Chief of Staff story — with six real product screenshots replacing every mockup.
Fully translated. The entire page — navigation, features, pricing, FAQs, footer — now reads natively in English, 中文, हिन्दी, Español, Français, العربية (RTL), বাংলা, Português, Русский and اردو (RTL).
The homepage is now the light Chief-led design with real product screenshots, fully translated into the top-10 world languages with right-to-left support — 280 strings per language.
No mockups — real screenshots. The landing page gallery now shows six real product captures: the dashboard, tasks with the Work Agent, the agent approval queue, project profitability from the ledger, the branded client portal, and Agent ROI.
Six real product screenshots now anchor the landing page, with a nine-shot marketing library added for future campaigns.
Solutions for your team & industry. New /solutions page: use cases for six teams, eight industry-ready setups, and the Business Architect — describe your business, approve the blueprint, get a configured workspace.
Chief thinks with stronger models. Reasoning now runs on our top-tier model and every conversational surface got a model upgrade — same approve-first governance, same cost ceilings.
New Solutions page (teams, industries, Business Architect), refreshed social share card, and Chief model-routing upgrades: frontier-class reasoning with unchanged governance and cost caps. Nightly brain distillation confirmed active.
Speak your language. The WorkBOS landing now greets visitors in the world's top 10 languages — English, 中文, हिन्दी, Español, Français, العربية, বাংলা, Português, Русский, اردو — with full right-to-left support and a language switcher.
Legal & Trust Center. A new /legal hub with eight documents: Terms, Privacy, Cookies, Security, Acceptable Use, Subprocessors, DPA and Compliance — written to be read, and to pass your lawyer's review.
Real cookie choices. A privacy preference center with per-category toggles. Honest categories only — WorkBOS runs no advertising trackers.
Global readiness wave: the landing page speaks the top-10 world languages with RTL support and a switcher; the Legal & Trust Center consolidates eight legal documents including new Acceptable Use, Subprocessors, DPA and Compliance pages; and cookie consent now offers per-category choices in an honest preference center.
Legal, in depth. Expanded Terms (26 sections), Privacy (GDPR & US state rights, retention schedule) and a full Security page covering our architecture, controls and responsible disclosure.
See the affiliate program in action. The affiliate console now ships with demo partners, clicks, conversions and payouts so you can explore every tab — including a pending payout waiting for approval.
Legal surface expanded to enterprise depth (Terms 26 sections, Privacy with GDPR/CCPA specifics and retention schedule, Security page with the full control set and responsible disclosure). The affiliate console is seeded with working demo data across every status so admins can explore the full lifecycle before their first real partner.
New logo & identity. The new WorkBOS mark — an emerald W on graphite — now appears across the app, favicon and marketing. One clean color system: graphite + emerald.
Terms, Privacy & Cookies. Comprehensive Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, a new Cookie Policy, and a cookie-consent notice on our public pages.
WorkBOS has a new visual identity: the W Circuit mark (emerald on graphite), a unified color system, and refreshed icons everywhere. We also published detailed legal pages — Terms, Privacy, Cookie Policy — plus a consent notice with an honest, minimal-cookie posture (no ad trackers).
Performance tab. See exactly what drives revenue: program totals plus per-policy and per-affiliate breakdowns — clicks, signups, conversions and commission earned.
Click to edit. Policy and partner cards now open the editor on click, active policies are editable (earned commissions never change — terms are snapshotted per conversion), and buttons follow your workspace theme.
The affiliate console gained a Performance tab (totals, by-policy and by-affiliate rollups), click-to-edit cards, editable active policies, and theme-correct styling.
Become a partner. New public pages: /partners (join the affiliate program in one click) and /resellers (white-label the platform under your brand).
Brand polish. The WorkBOS mark now appears everywhere — favicon, marketing pages and offline screen included.
Two new public pages: /partners — apply to the WorkBOS affiliate program in one click (30% recurring commission for 12 months on referrals) — and /resellers — the white-label pitch for agencies. Also swept the last legacy logo chips and refreshed the favicon.
We are now WorkBOS. Same platform, new name: WorkBOS — the Business Operating System. New logo, new look, same workspace, nothing to do on your side.
Affiliate program (rolling out). Earn commission for workspaces you refer. Fully customizable policies — one-time or recurring, percent or fixed — with transparent tracking and approve-first payouts.
SNR-PMO is now WorkBOS. Every page, email and document now carries the WorkBOS name and mark. Alongside the rebrand we shipped the affiliate program: admins design commission policies (one-time or recurring), partners get a referral link and a live dashboard, conversions are recorded automatically on payment (verified server-side, idempotent), and payouts are approve-first with a full audit trail. Rolling out gradually.

White-label inside every assistant. When a workspace belongs to a reseller, Claude and ChatGPT now show the RESELLER’s name as the connected server — your clients see your brand, not ours.
See and disconnect connected AI apps. The API keys page now lists every OAuth-connected assistant — which app, acting as whom, scopes, calls today, last used — with one-click Disconnect that ends access instantly.
Connect in under a minute. New landing guide, docs quickstarts for Claude.ai / ChatGPT / Claude Code / Cursor, and an in-product consent flow that keeps everything read-only unless you opt in.

Connect from Claude.ai or ChatGPT in one click. Add https://snr-pmo.vercel.app/mcp as a custom connector and approve access on a consent screen — no key to copy. You pick the workspace and exactly what the assistant may do.
Read-only by default, approve-first writes. Assistants see only what YOU can see (your roles and row-level security). Writes are opt-in and every change is proposed first — you confirm before anything executes.
Bank-grade token hygiene. Access tokens rotate every hour with refresh-token rotation and reuse detection: a stolen or replayed token kills the whole session family instantly. Disconnect any time.
Bring your own AI assistant. Issue a workspace key under Administration ▸ API keys ▸ AI assistant access (MCP) and connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP-compatible assistant. The assistant sees exactly what the key's owner can see — the same permissions, row-level security and plan limits as in the app.
Approve-first writes. With a read+write key, the assistant can draft changes — but nothing executes until it is confirmed: every write is proposed first and runs only with a single-use confirmation, and risky operations still go to your in-app Approvals queue.
You stay in control. Keys are shown once, hashed, rate-limited and capped per day; a one-click kill switch stops all MCP writes for the workspace instantly, and every action is audited.
